1960s-era depiction of the Beast of Revelation and the harlot who rides it, from Jehovah’s Witnesses’ literature. At the time (as best I recall), the Beast represented world government (the United Nations) and the harlot was—as always—world religion (or, as we called it, “the world empire of false religion,” meaning everyoneexceptJehovah’s Witnesses).
